Job summary

true is a Bristol-based digital agency seeking a mid-weight Digital Project Manager to bring structure, momentum and commercial awareness to digital product delivery. You’ll support ecommerce builds, CMS-led sites, composable and headless solutions, and roadmaps while maintaining clear scope, budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience supporting or managing digital projects, ideally websites, platforms or digital products, with hands-on exposure to planning, priorities, risks and client communication.
• Experience in an agency or fast-moving delivery environment, where priorities can shift and decisions need to stay clear.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & ownership: Support digital product and platform delivery, including ecommerce builds, CMS-led websites, composable and headless solutions, PIM implementations and optimisation roadmaps.
• Delivery & ownership: Manage digital product retainers focused on product roadmaps, optimisation, maintenance and measurable improvements to platforms, customer experience and business performance.
• Delivery & ownership: Keep scope, timelines, budgets and resourcing clear enough for teams and clients to make good decisions.
• Delivery & ownership: Track budgets, scope, timelines and resourcing, raising risks early and understand how delivery decisions affect commercial outcomes.
• Client partnership: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients on in-flight digital projects, keeping progress, decisions, risks and next steps clear.
• Client partnership: Turn client needs into practical plans that teams can act on.
• Planning & structure: Create and maintain clear project plans, estimates, statements of work and delivery documentation with guidance from senior leads.
