Royal London is hiring a Digital Manager in Alderley Edge with hybrid working arrangements. You will own adviser-focused digital journeys, translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, and work with Technology, UX and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and advisers.

In this role you will lead an agile squad, prioritise digital change and use data and insights to drive improvements, while managing stakeholders and ensuring governance and regulatory alignment.

• Experience leading digital products, platforms or journeys in a complex organisation.
• Strong experience in agile squads and delivering technology-enabled change.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear roadmaps and priorities.
• Experience using data, analytics and user insight to improve digital experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Commercially aware, balancing customer needs, business value and risk.
• Passionate about improving adviser and customer experiences through digital innovation.

• Own the vision, roadmap and performance of adviser-focused digital journeys and services.
• Champion the adviser digital experience using insight, data and feedback to prioritise improvements.
• Lead delivery within a cross-functional agile squad with Technology, UX and business teams.
• Prioritise and manage digital change, focusing on high-value opportunities for customers and advisers.
• Drive continuous improvement through testing, experimentation and outcome-based decisions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate priorities and outcomes clearly.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security and regulatory requirements.
