You will bridge commercial orientation with technical depth, inspiring cross-functional teams and partnering with engineering, while developing talent across our product organisation.

Qualifications

• Product expertise delivering scalable digital products or platforms in tech/FinTech or regulated sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking aligning long-term roadmap with execution.
• Technical acumen with cloud, APIs, data pipelines; collaborate with engineers.
• Data-driven and commercially minded with evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously lead discovery, definition, and route to market for innovative digital products.
• Develop 18+ month product visions for senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Drive market positioning to maintain relevance and competitive advantage.
• Navigate trade-offs across the portfolio to optimise resource allocation.
• Bridge high-level strategy with technical detail to inform delivery decisions.
• Define robust success metrics and customer-driven acceptance criteria.
• Influence stakeholders and mentor junior talent across the product org.
