Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in London is seeking a senior digital analytics professional to own performance reporting, insights and CRO for a major brand. You will translate data into actionable recommendations that drive customer and commercial outcomes.

You will work with Product, Trading, UX and Marketing to shape roadmaps, build dashboards in Power BI/Analytics tools, and champion data quality. This is a fast-paced, insight-led role with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital analytics and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of CRO and customer insight roles.
• Experience translating data into actionable business decisions and roadmaps.
• Hands-on with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, GA, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance reporting and insight generation for a dedicated brand, product area or customer journey, developing a deep understanding of the factors driving digital performance.
• Analyse customer and commercial performance trends using a range of digital analytics and feedback platforms, translating data into meaningful, actionable insights.
• Partner closely with Product, Trading and Digital teams to understand business priorities, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
• Proactively identify performance risks, emerging trends and customer behaviour changes, providing clear recommendations to support effective decision-making.
• Deliver in-depth analysis, insight packs and performance reviews that help shape strategic priorities and support wider business objectives.
• Create and enhance dashboards, reporting tools and analytical frameworks that enable self-service insight and drive greater efficiency across the organisation.
• Collaborate with UX, Brand, Proposition and Operational stakeholders to ensure insight-led recommendations influence roadmaps, optimisation activity and customer journey improvements.
• Champion data quality and measurement accuracy, helping to maintain robust tracking and reporting standards while identifying and resolving gaps in performance data.
