Job summary

Maxwell Bond in Manchester is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead a public sector digital transformation portfolio. You will own delivery from discovery to go-live, collaborating with developers, stakeholders and business units.

The role centers on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, managing pipelines, adapting to priorities, and delivering meaningful digital solutions on a hybrid model with up to £50k salary on a 2-year FTC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing digital delivery or software projects from concept to go-live.
• Experience with development teams, pipelines, agile practices and cross-functional resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from discovery to go-live and transition.
• Manage software development pipelines, coordinate teams, oversee sprints, risks and milestones.
• Engage stakeholders to shape options and translate requirements into user stories.
• Work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and wider digital products with technical specialists.
• Adapt to changing priorities and own solutions from concept to implementation.
