Responsibilities

Project Manager - Dynamics 365 & Housing Transformation

Location: Hybrid (London)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology transformation projects within a Housing environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives, driving business change, improving customer-facing services, and managing stakeholders across large and complex organisations.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic transformation programmes focused on customer experience, process improvement, and service modernisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 and business transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance and reporting.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and deliver agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate suppliers, implementation partners, and internal delivery teams.
• Support business readiness activities including UAT, training, communications, and deployment.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Deliver projects in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Essential Experience

• Proven Project Manager with 5+ years' experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Experience within Housing Associations, Local Authority Housing, or Social Housing organisations.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Housing Management Systems such as:
  • NEC Housing (Northgate)
  • Civica
  • Orchard Housing
  • Open Housing
• Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills.
• Experience managing UAT, data migration, training, and business change activities.
• Strong governance, RAID management, and reporting experience.

Desirable Experience

• Complaints management or customer service transformation projects.
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement modules.
• Customer portals, resident portals, and self-service platforms.
• Housing repairs, tenancy management, asset management, or resident services transformation.
• PRINCE2, Agile PM, MSP, or equivalent certification.
