You will partner with senior technology leaders, shape the roadmap and mentor a team of Solution Architects to deliver scalable, secure customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise/Group/Domain/Solution Architecture in large organisations.
• Strong ecommerce or cross‑channel background.
• Ability to translate business strategy into architectural guidance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own architecture strategy, roadmap and target state for customer and omnichannel domains.
• Shape technology direction across digital commerce, mobile, CRM and identity.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Solution Architects.
• Ensure scalable, secure and governance-aligned designs.
• Drive simplification and reuse across platforms.
• Provide governance through reviews and decision processes.
• Evaluate emerging tech, SaaS and AI capabilities for growth.
• Champion architecture excellence and continuous improvement.
