Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Transformation Officer on a fixed-term basis to lead change projects and support the Workday programme. The role focuses on process improvement, data analysis and organisational readiness across directorates.

You will join a Corporate Transformation Team that supports flexible hybrid working across locations. The initial focus includes Workday optimisation and broader digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong change management skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience analysing data to inform decisions and track improvements.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery of specific change projects or work packages.
• Develop and monitor project plans, governance documents and benefits realisation.
• Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare business cases, business requirements, and change impact assessments.
• Support ICT solutions and embedding change across people, processes and technology.
