Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Transformation Officer on a full-time fixed-term basis to drive change across the organisation, initially focusing on Workday ERP and related digital transformation initiatives.

You will manage projects, improve processes, analyse data and build business cases while engaging stakeholders across directorates. A hybrid working model with some office and remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change projects and programmes.
• Strong data analysis and performance measurement skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Experience with ERP or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead on change projects and work packages to deliver value.
• Map processes, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Develop business cases and project plans to support change.
• Provide management with performance insights and governance updates.
