Job summary

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust (Cambridgeshire) is seeking a Digital Business Analyst (Band 6) to drive service and digital change by turning business needs into deliverable solutions. You will gather and translate business requirements, working with clinical and operational teams to define needs and support delivery.

The role involves discovery through to delivery with strong stakeholder engagement, process mapping and requirements definition, within a flexible working NHS

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, quality improvement, change management, or a related field.
• Formal training or equivalent experience in Business Analysis (e.g. BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, BCS Certificate in Business Analysis)
• Formal training or equivalent experience in Improvement Science or Change Management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Identify and define business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of change across clinical and operational teams.
• Analyse data to inform service improvements and decision-making.
• Support governance and communication between digital teams and the business.
