Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Design Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering design solutions for potable water projects in the Anglian Water one Alliance. The role is based in Peterborough with hybrid working and a focus on safe, reliable water infrastructure.

You will shape strategy, develop people and champion innovation while supporting AMP8 objectives. Strong leadership and UK water sector knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally engineering degree with Chartered status or working towards it.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of UK water sector and potable water treatment.
