Job summary

NG Bailey IT Services is seeking a Demand Generation Executive in Leeds with hybrid flexibility to support revenue growth through campaigns, content and lead generation. You will collaborate with Sales, Product and key stakeholders to raise market awareness, engage customers and generate opportunities across Defence, Critical Infrastructure and Network Services.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills, able to create professional, customer-focused content.
• Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, lead generation or sales support activities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives across key target markets.
• Creating high-quality content including presentations, case studies, capability statements, campaign assets and customer-facing materials.
• Managing and scheduling digital content across channels including LinkedIn, email and website platforms.
• Working closely with sales teams to support account priorities, growth campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinating campaign follow-up activity to ensure enquiries and leads are effectively captured and progressed.
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights on engagement, enquiries, conversions and website activity.
• Developing compelling customer-focused messaging that translates technical solutions into clear business value.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of events, exhibitions and customer engagement activities.
• Conducting market, customer and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.
