Job summary

NG Bailey Group is seeking a Content and Communications Coordinator in Leeds (hybrid). You will develop and deliver engaging digital content and employee communications across our website, social channels, intranet and email platforms.

You will plan, film and edit video and photography content, ensure brand guidelines, and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance. A strong multi-channel content background and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital content across multiple channels (website, social, intranet).
• Strong understanding of content for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience planning, delivering and reporting on social campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphics, photos and video.
• Experience using CMS platforms and digital analytics tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across digital channels (website, social, intranet, email).
