Job summary

NG Bailey in Leeds is seeking a Content and Communications Coordinator to join our Group Communications and Digital Content team on a hybrid basis. You’ll plan, create and deliver digital content and employee communications across our sites, intranet, website and social channels.

You’ll work to grow our digital presence through engaging copy, visuals and video, using data to optimise content and measure impact for internal audiences and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital content across multiple channels (web, social, internal comms).
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience planning, delivering and reporting on paid and organic campaigns.
• Proficient graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to create photography and video content (filming/editing).
• Strong organisational skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across website, social media, intranet and email platforms.
• Plan, film and edit video and photography content for internal/external channels.
• Manage organic and paid social campaigns and schedule content.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights to drive improvements.
• Support Group communications calendar and internal communications planning.
• Maintain and publish content on the Group website using CMS tools.
• Assist with SEO activities to improve visibility and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver content meeting business needs.
