Job summary

OMNIA Training is seeking a Training Solution Analyst to transform British Army training by analyzing needs, shaping requirements, and guiding the integration of training systems and simulations. You will work in a hybrid role, interfacing with engineers, architects and military stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Service in the British Army or significant experience supporting British Army training programmes.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within military training, collective training, training capability development or training systems environments.
• Strong understanding of Army training doctrine, collective training methodologies and readiness requirements.
• Experience working with simulation, synthetic training environments, training management systems or mission rehearsal capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on British Army training and readiness; ensure training solutions support outputs and force generation.
• Analyse training needs, lessons, doctrine and performance data to identify capability improvements.
• Develop innovative collective training solutions to enhance preparedness and operational effectiveness.
• Lead or support requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation for engineering and delivery teams.
• Support in defence procurement, bid activities and competitive opportunities with credible, tested training concepts.
