Job summary

OMNIA Training in Warminster is seeking a Training Solution Analyst to join our mission-driven team transforming UK Army training.

You will lead requirements elicitation, analyse training capabilities, and coordinate with engineers, stakeholders and Army customers to deliver integrated training and simulation solutions.

Hybrid role with onsite/remote collaboration; eligible for security clearance with a focus on data-driven readiness improvements.

Qualifications

• Service in the British Army or equivalent experience with Army training.
• 5+ years in military training, training capability development or related areas.
• Strong understanding of Army doctrine and readiness requirements.
• Experience with simulation, synthetic environments and training management systems.
• Experience integrating training with enterprise or operational systems.
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, and management abilities.
• Familiar with defence procurement, governance, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME on British Army training and readiness to support capability development.
• Analyse training needs, lessons, and performance data to identify improvements.
• Develop innovative collective training solutions and assess interoperability.
• Lead workshops and capture requirements for engineering teams.
• Engage stakeholders across Army, MOD, and industry to align solutions.
• Support agile/hybrid delivery and ensure architecture alignment.
