Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd are working exclusively with a Lincolnshire based commercial defence business, leading the hiring for an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex high software & hardware capital projects. A hybrid role, working 3-4 days from the office & 1-2 days from home.

Must be happy to work in the office 5 days when needed to meet business needs, must also be happy to travel to clients sites for meetings & presentations too.

Qualifications

• End to end project management from inception to execution.
• Deliver projects OTIF, within deadlines and budget.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Create, maintain and develop project plans, schedules and resources.
• Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Identify, manage and remedy project risks and issues.
• Monitor progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Chair and participate in project meetings to track progress.

Responsibilities
