Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd., Lincolnshire-based, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value software & hardware capital projects for a commercial defence client. The role is hybrid: 3-4 days in the office, 1-2 from home, with travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, OTIF delivery within budget, and maintaining documentation to required standards. Interviews are immediate, start in October depending on notice.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end project management experience on multi-million £ projects.
• Experience delivering complex software/hardware capital programmes.
• Strong communication with stakeholders from SMT to board level.

Responsibilities

• End to end project management from planning to execution.
• Deliver projects OTIF within deadlines and budget.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables; create project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Identify and remediate project risks and issues.
• Monitor progress and report to key stakeholders.
• Chair project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
