Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking two part-time Day Service Support Worker positions based in Cheltenham at Oakley & The Woodlands. You will support adults with learning disabilities to build confidence and independence, including personal care and engaging activities.

Role involves working with adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours, using person-centred plans and a range of in-house activities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) is required.
• Hands-on experience with people with learning disabilities is essential.
• Confident helping individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
