Job summary

Starcom in London is seeking a Data & Tech Director to shape audience strategy and guide data and technology transformation for a major global client across pet nutrition, food and snacking. You will translate global direction into practical regional roadmaps that help brands understand, build and connect with valuable audiences.

This is an opportunity to combine technical leadership with outstanding client leadership across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience advising senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
• Ability to create strategic roadmaps and unite cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of audience strategy and data usage for growth.
• Knowledge of digital media, martech and adtech landscapes.
• Familiarity with Epsilon, Lotame, Growth OS or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional data and technology roadmaps aligning client priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Shape audience strategies to support growth using data and identity.
• Adapt global frameworks for regional and market use.
• Advise on identity, data partnerships, and planning tools.
• Collaborate with teams to embed audience thinking in planning processes.
• Lead and support Data & Technology team members.
