Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking a Technical Data Operations Analyst to provide operational support for our software and ensure client accounts align with objectives. The role suits someone with 1-2 years in a customer or internal stakeholder role who regularly uses Excel and can work under pressure.

You will support a single global brand client, collaborate with offshore teams, manage change requests, and monitor tasks against SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a technical data/customer support role or related field.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams.
• Experience managing data projects and delivering initiatives in an operations environment.
• Sound understanding of eCommerce, eBusiness tools, architecture, document management and database management (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned account update tasks to ensure a successful outcome for internal and external customers.
• Update timing plans according to SLAs and coordinate with resourcing managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and track progress of operational tasks against plan; communicate in relevant channels.
• Analyse risks and issues, convey avoidance strategies and take mitigating actions.
• Highlight deviations from scope and assist with ad hoc requests to stay within contractual limits.
