Job summary

Profitero+ is a leading digital commerce company seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager in a hybrid role based near Reading, UK. You will lead scoping, delivery and ongoing success of custom analytics for a portfolio of clients, working with clients and internal stakeholders to define questions, shape solutions and monitor dashboards and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings project management experience, strong stakeholder management, and experience in consulting or analytics delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven project or programme management experience.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate input from clients and stakeholders during scoping to capture requirements.
• Represent analytics capabilities credibly in sales, renewal and expansion discussions.
• Lead discovery and scoping for custom analytics opportunities.
• Support proposals, RFPs and client presentations with clear value articulation.
• Maintain relationships to enable successful outcomes and mitigate risk.
• Translate business requirements into practical, high‑quality solutions.
