Job summary

Harnham in the United Kingdom is seeking a data-focused analytics professional to shape customer growth through advanced analytics and stakeholder collaboration within a growing subscription-based tech business.

You will build predictive models, analyze journeys, and develop dashboards using Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python, and Power BI, with hybrid work including one day per week in Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or Advanced Analytics.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R.
• Experience building predictive and statistical models.
• Strong understanding of customer journey, retention, and funnel analysis.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience within SaaS, subscription, or technology-led businesses.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building predictive models such as churn, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
• Analysing customer journeys, product usage, and conversion funnels.
• Creating customer segments and behavioural insights.
• Conducting exploratory analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Developing dashboards and KPI reporting for stakeholders.
• Working with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
