Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement with preferred majors in business, finance, economics, computer science, IT, data science or MIS.
• Experience with agile working and project management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Gather, manage and prioritise stakeholder requirements, ensuring business needs are met with data-driven solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
• Analyse business problems, research options, and define success measures.
• Elaborate user and business needs to enable design, development and testing of services.
• Make prioritisation and MVP decisions using analysis-led insights.
• Ensure new products meet business and user needs and align with goals.
• Understand constraints and assess implications of changes.
