Drive Technologies is seeking a commercially minded Business Insights Analyst to join the team. You will help shift from static reporting to proactive intelligence, building dashboards and data-driven reports to inform executive decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with department heads to deliver measurable business outcomes, forecast key metrics and support lead-to-sale analytics for automotive-related initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ years as a business analyst, data analyst, Commercial Analyst, Operations Analyst or similar role in a digitally driven business.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and visualization; hands-on experience with Google Analytics and BI platforms (Hex, Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Experience in forecasting, propensity/value models, business cases and investment scenarios.
• Strong data storytelling, written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into clear narratives and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipate strategic data needs of commercial teams to deliver timely insights.
• Structure complex business challenges into defined analytical tasks.
• Propose actionable recommendations based on data interpretation and impact.
• Track, measure and calibrate outcomes of implemented strategies.
• Identify areas where data can improve business outcomes and challenge assumptions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting across Google Sheets, HubSpot and Hex.
