AWD online is seeking a Data Entry Administrator / Customer Service Data Processing Assistant in London with excellent typing accuracy and strong organisational skills. The role focuses on processing data from manual and automated feeds and liaising with clients to maintain high-quality records.

You will work in a busy professional environment, meet KPIs, and support data processing and customer enquiries with a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 45 wpm with high accuracy.
• Experience in data entry, administration or office support.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent accuracy and high-quality work.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Upload manual and automated data feeds to internal systems and websites.
• Work towards KPIs by maintaining speed, accuracy and productivity.
• Liaise with customers and agents via email and telephone.
• Ensure all entered information is correct and up to date.
• Identify and prevent duplicate records in the system.
• Sort and organise images received from external contacts.
• Maintain and update property or data records as required.
• Verify information by contacting clients to obtain missing data.
• Report system or website issues to the relevant teams.
• Respond to enquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
