Job summary

Apogee is seeking a Customer Support & Planning Coordinator in Maidstone to act as the central contact for customers and engineers, managing work orders, scheduling visits and providing updates via phone, email, portal and chat.

Ideal candidates will have strong admin skills, dispatch/field service coordination experience, and excellent communication to thrive in a hybrid role after training. Salary starts at £25,396.80 per annum with April 2026 increase.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-focused customer service environment with strong administration skills.
• Experience in dispatching, field service coordination, or a related role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the central point of contact for customers and engineers across phone, email, portal and chat.
• Manage work orders, schedule and optimise engineer visits, provide updates and resolve escalations.
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks; stay up to date with products and services.
• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and service standards.
