Job summary

Nationwide in Swindon and Northampton invites applications for the Customer & Service Excellence Industrial Placement - Retail. This 12‑month programme combines practical experience, professional development and real workplace learning, with three four‑month placements across customer-facing, business support and change and delivery teams.

You'll work in a hybrid model, spend at least two days a week at Swindon or Northampton offices, and gain hands-on customer service skills, journey

Qualifications

• Must be studying towards an undergraduate degree.
• Strong communication and empathy for customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy banking environment.

Responsibilities
