Job summary

AJ Bell Management Limited is hiring customer-focused telephone support agents to join our award-winning service for Investors and Investcentre customers. You will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and use secure messaging, with full training and ongoing support.

We offer a hybrid working model with 3-4 days in the office, plus a comprehensive benefits package including starting salary £27,100, 25 days holiday, a 6% pension, discretionary bonus, share schemes, health plan, and more.

Qualifications

• You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Patience and empathy when supporting customers who may need extra help.
• Previous contact centre or financial services experience is not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for AJ Bell and Investcentre customers; answer questions and resolve queries across our product range.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and use a secure messaging system in line with SLAs and compliance policies.
• Work in a fast-paced client services environment with full training and ongoing support to build knowledge and capability.
