Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking Dealing Services Agents to support customers by phone, email and secure message, helping them place and execute trades while delivering a high level of service.

The role is 40 hours per week with varied shifts, hybrid working 3–4 days in the office, comprehensive training, paid study support for qualifications, and a range of benefits including a pension, discretionary bonus and share schemes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9–4 (A*–C or equivalent), including Maths and English
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Our Dealing Services Agents support customers by phone, email and secure message, helping them place and execute trades while delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
• You’ll handle inbound calls and respond to emails, ensuring all activity is carried out in line with service level agreements and compliance policies.
• You’ll receive a comprehensive structured training programme and ongoing support to build your knowledge, confidence and expertise in dealing services and investing.
