Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking Dealing Services Agents to support customers by phone, email and secure message, helping them place and execute trades with a high level of service. You will handle inbound calls and emails, ensuring all activity follows SLAs and compliance policies.

You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to build knowledge, with career development and paid study support. This role is hybrid with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9–4 (A*–C or equivalent), including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
