Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer support, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and issues and see them through to resolution.
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth start.
• Demonstrate products and provide guidance to maximise features.
• Investigate issues with internal teams to find solutions.
• Manage account changes, service requests and customer records.
• Prepare bespoke reports and support ongoing service requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
• Refer potential commercial opportunities to the relevant team.
