Job summary

SAS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to establish and grow relationships with our UK MOD customers. This hybrid role requires three days per week on-site at MoD in Central London, with remote work the rest of the week.

You will drive adoption, coordinate with SAS teams, and develop strategic plans to expand software usage. You will monitor success metrics, craft adoption strategies, and identify opportunities for additional SAS solutions and services, while ensuring security policies are

Qualifications

• Experience with UK MOD processes and government customers.
• Background in customer success or sales roles.
• Knowledge of SAS products and cloud technologies.
• Eligible for SC clearance, or willing to undergo vetting.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site with MOD customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact embedded with the customer to develop advocates at all levels (IT to Exec).
• Manage customer communications and resolve conflicts.
• Jointly define success with customers to drive software adoption and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with SAS stakeholders to create adoption plans using content, events, email, social media and campaigns.
• Build reports/analytics to provide insights for data-driven decisions.
• Gather requirements for projects and document Customer Success Plans shared with Sales and PS teams.
