Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a regulated sector such as financial services, insurance or telecommunications.
• Strong IT skills, Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve enquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients, resolving queries accurately and professionally.
• Support policy sales and renewals where applicable to contribute to team targets.
• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with administration tasks and data input as needed to support the team.
• Ensure client documentation is issued correctly and records are up to date.
• Stay informed on product changes and market trends relevant to the role.
• Escalate complaints in line with FCA requirements and handle difficult clients with professionalism.
• Promote other company products to cross-sell across the organisation.
