Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a world-leading healthcare company in Leeds. The role is full-time and hybrid, 37 hours per week, with a two-week rotating schedule and pay starting at £13.85 per hour, rising to £15.02 after 12 weeks of training.

You will handle Medical Device orders and Orthokit bookings, provide outstanding support to internal and external customers, and help maintain KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service environment with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a pressurised and demanding environment.
• Highly customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Medical Device orders and Orthokit bookings.
• Process orders and bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve Orthokit-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and contribute to KPIs.
