Job summary

Creideas UK is hiring for Customer Service Agents for a fantastic client based in Manchester city centre. The role is on a temp to permanent basis, offering a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities to take ownership of issues and see them through to a successful resolution.

You’ll handle enquiries across chat, phone and email, support account updates, resolve invoice queries and collaborate with other teams to resolve more complex questions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to messages in writing and on the phone.
• Enjoy helping others and remain calm, friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised and proactive, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handling client enquiries across chat, phone, and email
• Supporting partners with account updates, changes, and complaint resolution
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries efficiently and accurately
• Taking full ownership of issues from initial contact through to resolution
• Working closely with other departments to investigate and resolve more complex queries
• Identifying opportunities to recommend relevant additional products or services during calls
