Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, owning and resolving queries.

The role is full-time, 37 hours weekly, with a rota between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Initially based in Basingstoke, then hybrid working is available.

Starting salary £25,936 per year with progression opportunities.
