Intact Insurance in Gloucester is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support the FarmWeb Underwriting team on a hybrid basis. You will handle calls, emails, and admin tasks while guiding underwriting service solutions across commercial lines.

You should bring prior customer service experience, be proficient with MS Office and Excel, and communicate clearly. A background in underwriting or agricultural business is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role or a recent school leaver seeking a career with a major insurer.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A sharp eye for detail.
• Prior exposure or knowledge of underwriting and/or agricultural business is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Supporting customer journeys by guiding underwriting service solutions across our commercial lines.
• Deliver efficient and effective solutions to ensure underwriters have all the information required to focus on risk selection and good underwriting choices.
• Manage Brokers and Underwriters expectations, making it easier for customers to do business with us.
• Handle calls, emails and administrative duties for a variety of office tasks such as reporting, claims follow ups and more
