Arbex is seeking a Customer Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist in London to monitor sales orders in SAP R/3, confirm delivery details with customers, and ensure order quality before shipment. You will be the main contact for customers across Western Europe/UK regions and coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in Order Management / Supply Chain roles.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office tools.
• SAP skills would be ideal for order processing and tracking.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full order cycle: capture, validate, allocate stock, schedule delivery and update orders.
• Consolidate orders to optimize loads and reduce transport costs.
• Maintain direct customer communication to ensure satisfaction and minimize issues.
• Support cost and sustainability initiatives; monitor KPIs for on‑time delivery.
• Handle disputes, returns and credits in line with controls and policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics; participate in meetings and projects.
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation; identify process improvements.
