ARBEX is seeking a Customer Order Management and Logistics Support Specialist in London (Clapham). The role focuses on monitoring orders in SAP, ensuring accurate delivery details, and resolving discrepancies with customers and internal teams.

You'll manage the full order cycle, optimize loads, and support KPIs for on-time delivery while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Onsite 3 days a week with flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in order management / customer service in FMCG / order to cash / supply chain roles
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience ideal
• Good time management, able to handle pressure and deadlines
• Strong customer relationship management skills and team player attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full order cycle: capture, validate, allocate stock, schedule delivery, and handle changes
• Consolidate orders to optimize loads and reduce transport costs
• Maintain direct customer communication to ensure satisfaction and minimize complaints
• Support cost and sustainability initiatives; monitor KPIs for on-time, in-full delivery
• Handle disputes, returns, and credits/debits with SOX compliance
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics; participate in meetings and projects
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Provide training and share best practices within the team
