JT Group Limited in Jersey is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to support our Digital and Call-Centre teams. The role is full-time, 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday, with hybrid working options.

You will handle first-line support, manage orders and faults, and promote relevant products to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Excellent communication and problem ownership are essential.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Comfortable operating a number of applications/computer systems at the same time.
• Ownership of problems / customer issues and responsibility for outcomes.
• Attention to detail with accurate recording of information.
• Confidently engage with people and build positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide 1st line customer support by investigating and resolving land line faults, mobile service queries and billing enquiries.
• Co-ordinate and administer all new orders and faults.
• Monitor progress and offer customers up to date information.
• Establish and maintain knowledge and technical expertise on Company products and services.
• Identify sales opportunities, promote relevant products and services, and conduct outbound customer calls to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience and support business growth.
• Receive and deal effectively with customer feedback.
