The AA is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. You will handle inbound calls, resolve insurance queries, and deliver a world‑class service with empathy and accuracy.

This full‑time hybrid role (3 days in office) offers 40 hours weekly, £26,550 base salary plus up to £5,400 in performance bonuses, 25 days holiday, onsite parking, pension, and wellbeing support. Training will be provided to get you confidently into the team.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or call centre environment.
• Ability to handle insurance or product queries with clarity.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem solving skills.
