Retail Human Resources plc is recruiting an experienced Digital Optimisation Specialist for a Central London fashion and lifestyle retailer on a temporary basis with potential for permanency. The role focuses on improving online performance, CRO and the digital customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce optimisation, CRO or similar role.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, personalisation and analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics and website optimisation tools.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a commercially focused approach.
• Must be immediately available to start work and not currently serving a notice period.

Responsibilities

• Implement ecommerce optimisation strategies to improve website performance and conversion rates.
• Manage A/B testing and personalisation initiatives to enhance the online customer journey.
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimise onsite merchandising, product recommendations and promotional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital improvements and support ecommerce trading objectives.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
