Job summary

Fashion Personnel in Central London is seeking an experienced Digital Optimisation Specialist to join a fast-paced fashion and lifestyle retailer on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent. The role offers a competitive salary and immediate start.

You will lead ecommerce optimisation initiatives, manage CRO and A/B testing, and analyse performance to improve the online customer journey. Hybrid working and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce optimisation or CRO.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and HTML/CSS.
• Immediately available to start.

Responsibilities

• Implement ecommerce optimisation strategies to improve website performance and conversion rates.
• Manage A/B testing and personalisation initiatives to enhance the online customer journey.
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimise onsite merchandising, product recommendations and promotional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital improvements and support ecommerce trading objectives.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
