Job summary

UNRVLD is seeking a commercially minded CRO Manager to lead CRO and experimentation across a portfolio of UNRVLD clients. The role can be based from Manchester, London or Cardiff, reporting to the Head of Experimentation & CRO.

You will manage three to four client accounts, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shape evidence-led roadmaps, turning complex findings into actionable recommendations. Hybrid working and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRO, experimentation or optimisation programmes.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgement, turning evidence into prioritised action.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts or workstreams.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills, including confidence challenging senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across design, development, analytics and QA.
• Hands-on experience with a mainstream experimentation platform (OWE) or VWO.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and tracking considerations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day CRO lead and trusted optimisation partner for your clients.
• Lead client sessions, roadmap discussions and performance readouts.
• Proactively manage decisions, dependencies and risks to keep programmes moving.
• Own progress across accounts, coordinating designers, developers, analysts and other specialists.
