Job summary

Remarkable is seeking a CRO Programme Lead to oversee experimentation for global brands, leading the programme team, shaping hypotheses, building and analysing tests, and connecting results to commercial outcomes. You’ll work with UX, analytics, and marketing colleagues, coach clients, and develop in-house capability to sustain growth beyond engagements.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading CRO or experimentation programmes end to end, from audit and roadmap through to live testing and reporting.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams on CRO-led work, combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery.
Strong analytics skills across GA4, Adobe Analytics and related tools.
Ability to connect test results to commercial metrics and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Set the direction for CRO programmes, from discovery and audit through to a data-led testing roadmap and live testing.
Lead the programme team, setting priorities and delivering on client engagements.
Analyse results and report clearly to senior stakeholders, turning insights into action.
Collaborate with UX, Creative, Platforms and Analytics to build client capability.
