Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment in Greater Manchester is seeking a hands-on CRO Developer/Analyst to optimise 40+ customer journeys through experiments and analytics. The role blends technical implementation with behavioural insights to drive commercial impact, in a hybrid setup.

You will build and deploy A/B tests using JavaScript, HTML and CSS, analyse results, and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Development teams to scale successful tests across markets.

Qualifications

• CRO or experimentation experience.
• Commercial experience with: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Ability to independently build and launch A/B tests.
• Understanding of statistical testing principles: significance, p-values, confidence intervals, sample sizes.
• Experience using experimentation platforms (Convert, Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty or similar).
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Nice to have: Lead generation experience.
• Nice to have: Behavioural economics knowledge.
• Nice to have: B2B and B2C optimisation experience.
• Nice to have: Paid Search or Paid Social understanding.
• Nice to have: International CRO experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy A/B tests using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Deploy experiments and manage testing programmes.
• Analyse test performance and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify conversion opportunities across customer journeys.
• Help shape the wider experimentation roadmap.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Paid Search, Paid Social and Development teams.
• Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
