Job summary

Remarkable Group in the United Kingdom seeks a CRO Programme Lead to drive experimentation programmes across multi-brand, multi-market sites. You will lead the programme team, shape hypotheses, and ensure tests align to commercial outcomes.

You will dig into data with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare and CRM data, build and QA tests on Optimizely/VWO/Adobe Target, and communicate results clearly to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading CRO or experimentation programmes end to end.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Strong data analysis and hypothesis-led testing approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO programmes, from discovery to live testing and reporting.
• Coach and develop a small CRO team within a growing agency.
• Collaborate with UX, Analytics, Platforms and Finance to drive commercial outcomes.
• Present findings to c-suite and client stakeholders with clarity.
