Fletchers Solicitors Ltd seeks a CRM Executive to shape how we capture and use relationship data across the firm. You’ll collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and legal teams to maintain a clear, joined‑up CRM view in Salesforce, supporting relationship‑led growth and opportunities.

This hands‑on role focuses on data quality, system improvements and training colleagues to maximise CRM value in day‑to‑day workflows across our offices in Manchester, Birmingham and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, in a business development or relationship‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and structure.
• Experience supporting pipeline tracking and reporting (bids/tenders desirable).
• Confident delivering training and supporting colleagues with new systems.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting and insights.
• Ability to influence ways of working across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, high‑quality relationship data in Salesforce to provide a clear view of contacts, organisations and networks.
• Support visibility of key accounts, influencers and referral relationships, ensuring interactions are consistently recorded.
• Enable effective tracking of opportunities, pipeline activity, bids and tenders through CRM.
• Provide insight and reporting on relationship activity, referrals and pipeline performance.
• Support CRM adoption across the business through training, guidance and day‑to‑day support.
• Work with BD, Marketing, legal and digital teams to improve CRM processes, data quality and system capability.
