Job summary

Confidential in Wilmslow is seeking two Credit Controllers to join the Finance team on 9-month and 12-month contracts with hybrid working. You will manage customer accounts, chase payments, set up Direct Debits and support general finance admin. There is potential for permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Previous Credit Control experience is essential.
• Good understanding of transactional finance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Chasing outstanding payments via telephone, email and letter.
• Setting up and reinstating Direct Debits.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Cash allocation and account management.
• Sending copy invoices and supporting with general Finance administration.
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
